StayLuxx
Your private place to stay.
Reserve at least three days in advance. Booking two or more DayLuxx hours unlocks the option to reserve a comfortable, upscale Airbnb-style StayLuxx space for $150 per night.
The accommodation is reserved for two nights so it stays available to you. You do not have to sleep there or use both nights, but the two-night booking minimum still applies.
The space is yours to enjoy privately. You may host your own guests, or arrange to have me come over. Personal guests are welcome, with a maximum of three visitors at one time. Any time with Lindsay should be arranged and confirmed in advance.
Discretion for personal and business matters
I’m NDA-friendly.
If our time involves work, business ideas, projects or confidential conversations, I’m comfortable signing an NDA. My partner can act as a witness, or we can visit a nearby notary. MPI is only steps away if convenient identification verification is needed.

We can talk through your questions and tailor your future stay. When you book, the full $100 will be applied toward your StayLuxx reservation.

Let’s lock it in
When you reserve StayLuxx and time with me, a 50% deposit is required to book. If you need to cancel, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. Because the Airbnb-style stay is reserved in advance, the deposit is not returned in cash but may be applied to another booking date within six months.

What can we do together?
Our time can be relaxed or planned around an experience. We can lounge somewhere private, enjoy a massage, talk, share drinks, try karaoke, walk through St. Boniface, go for dinner or spend time at the spa. Tell me what kind of visit you have in mind and we can shape it together.
What kind of dinner or date do you enjoy?
I enjoy fine dining, good drinks and experiences where we can talk and enjoy each other’s company. I’m equally happy going out for the evening or keeping things private, comfortable and unhurried.
Are you happy staying in and cooking?
Absolutely. Send me your requested groceries, dietary needs and anything you would like for your stay. I can place the order, unpack everything, arrange the kitchen and even cook. I’m very familiar with the space and happy to make staying in easy. I love to cook, love to host, love to drink wine and toast, and make the most of our time. Grocery, meal and delivery costs are covered by the guest.
What makes the private StayLuxx setting special?
Honestly, one of my favourite options is simply spending time together at the private incall or Airbnb-style place. It has a sexy atmosphere, amazing views and a one-of-a-kind feeling. We are also close to everything, so it is easy to stay in, step out or combine both.
Can you help while I’m in the city?
Yes. I can drive, pick you up, help arrange a rental car and tailor the visit around what you need while you’re here. Transportation and rental costs are separate and should be discussed when we plan your booking.
Can I invite another guest or ask about a duo?
Yes. If you would like to bring another guest, let me know who they are so we can all chat and make a plan first. If you would rather have me invite a friend who I know will mingle well with us, just ask. We love duo sessions and relaxed group hangouts when everyone is comfortable and agrees in advance. StayLuxx allows a maximum of three personal guests at one time.
Can we mix business with a flirty experience?
Absolutely. If you are in the city for work and need to get down to business, we can still make the experience memorable. Picture focused work, good conversation, a glass of wine and some flirty, steamy energy in between. I can help with websites, presentations, short videos, project planning and creative ideas while keeping the time personal, fun and tailored to you. I’m also NDA-friendly when privacy matters.
Can you help me get unstuck on a project?
Yes. Sometimes a fresh perspective and a powerful brainstorming session are exactly what you need. I enjoy helping people organize their thoughts, find the next step and turn an idea into something real. This creative support is a complimentary side of who I am, and your reserved time already means a lot to me. If we move mountains together, you are always welcome to show your appreciation later, but there is never any pressure. For now, it is about you, what you need and getting it done.
Can you invoice consulting work?
I can invoice all consulting work under LS Consulting - a real invoice with real GST so you can claim the work - read between the lines, what a fucken deal.
What is the five-day conversation option?
It gives us five days to get acquainted by phone or text for at least 20 minutes a day, or whatever feels natural. You can ask questions, talk through your plans and decide whether DayLuxx or StayLuxx feels right for you.
Does the $100 go toward my booking?
Yes. If you decide to book, the full $100 is credited toward your StayLuxx reservation. The retainer becomes non-refundable once the five-day conversation period begins.
How does the 50% deposit work?
A 50% deposit reserves StayLuxx and my time. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the booking.
How far in advance should I reserve StayLuxx?
Please inquire at least three days in advance. StayLuxx is available when you reserve two or more hours of my booking time.
Do I have to stay for both nights?
No. The accommodation is booked for two nights so it remains available if you want it. You may use as much or as little of that time as you choose, but the two-night booking minimum still applies.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Since the Airbnb-style accommodation is reserved in advance, the deposit is not returned in cash. With proper notice, it can be applied to one new booking date within the following six months.
